Healthy Adventure Rules!

These simple, story-inspired rules help children build healthy habits in a fun and meaningful way. Use them at home or in the classroom to encourage conversations about well-being, balance, and caring for the Earth.

🍓 Rule #1: Eat Real Food: Encourage children to choose whole, real foods whenever possible. Talking about where food comes from can help build awareness and healthy habits.

💧 Rule #2: Drink Water Like a Hero: Help children understand that water supports focus, energy, and emotional wellbeing. Keep water easily accessible and model healthy hydration habits.

🧠 Rule #3: Food Helps Feelings: Support children in noticing how different foods affect how they feel—calm, focused, or energized. This builds awareness and encourages positive choices.

🌳 Rule #4: Play Outside: Make time for outdoor play each day. Nature supports creativity, reduces stress, and helps children feel connected to the world around them.

📵 Rule #5: Screens Need Balance: Create healthy screen-time routines and encourage breaks for movement, imaginative play, and rest.

😴 Rule #6: Sleep Makes Us Strong: Support consistent bedtime routines and limit screen time before bed. Rest is essential for growth, learning, and emotional well-being.

Teaching Note: When children learn to take care of themselves, they also begin to care for the world around them.
