🍓 Rule #1: Eat Real Food If it grew in the ground, walked, swam or flew — it’s probably good for you! We eat the colors of the rainbow. Real food keeps strong and healthy.
💧 Rule #2: Drink Water Like a Hero Water is our superpower! It helps our brains work, our bodies move, and our hearts feel calm.
🧠 Rule #3: Food Helps Feelings When we eat good food, we feel happier, calmer, and more focused. Our brains love healthy fuel!
🌳 Rule #4: Play Outside Nature helps us breathe, imagine, and feel peaceful. Trees, dirt, fresh air, and sunshine are kind of magical.
📵 Rule #5: Screens Need Balance Screens are fun and helpful — but our bodies need breaks —to move, play, imagine and rest our eyes.
😴 Rule #6: Sleep Makes Us Strong We always turn them off our screens before bed so we get a restful sleep. Sleep helps us grow, learn, and dream big adventures.
